LaDuke also serves as the board co-chair for the Indigenous Women's Network and works in a national capacity as Program Director for Honor the Earth Fund, providing vision and leadership for the organization's Regranting Program and its Strategic Initiatives. In 1994, she was named by Time Magazine as one of America's 50 most promising leaders under 40 years of age.
