<nettime> Call to support infrastructure

Dear Nettimers,

my friends and colleagues from EMARE/EMAP/EMAN need our support. The good old signing of a petition thing, you know the drill.

https://www.change.org/p/petition-for-europe-s-continuous-structural-support-of-the-digital-media-arts

"In the 7 years of its existence the European Media Art Platform has supported 150 artists and co-produced with them 91 projects which received 54 international awards including the European Short Film Price and had been exhibited widely internationally including the Centre Pompidou, the Venice Architecture Biennale or The Barbican and connects next to 16 European members also 150 international partner organisations." https://emare.eu/news-events/support-emap

The petition text itself is catered towards European lawmakers and representatives, so it is a bit more complicated than maybe necessary - don't shy away, EMAP is an important infra/structure for the production of media art (or digital art if you will). Let that sink in: They have co-produced 91 artistic projects. The organizations involved with EMAP are good old friends: Werkleitz Gesellschaft, RIXC, Impakt, Laboral, Neme to name a few.

Thank you so much in advance, Francis
