As of 6 months ago, at least 100,000 have left through Egypt ( https://www.refugeesinternational.org/perspectives-and-commentaries/its-time-to-help-palestinians-left-behind-in-egypt/), mostly those who could afford to pay their way out of the strip or had the necessary connections to secure safe passage. The number is likely higher because some of those who have left to Egypt were then able to proceed to 3rd countries. Others were airlifted in medical evacuations carried out by Jordan and some of the gulf states - but those are much smaller numbers.
