NO SILENCE aduce in discutie discriminarea persoanelor LGBTQ+ in Transnitria iar “Spatiile violenţei” problematizeza realitatea delicata a violentei domestice. Carolina Dutca is an visual artist based in Trasnistria. In her practice she uses street photography, photo-journalism, public art, collage, installation and sound art created from a queer feminist perspective. In the most recent project she documented using a long term observational process the problem of discrimanation issue of LGBTQ+ community, in the project NO SILENCE. Her second project, The Places of Violence spoke out the problem of domestic violence. Many of her artworks are deeply personal, drawing on her feelings about discrimination, domestic violence, xenophobia, feminism, social and cultural bias and stereotypes. Sontag writes: "Who believes today that war can be abolished? No one, not even pacifists" Another thing, it is the war's caliber and the number of victims. Carolina is a fighter and a warrior and she hopes that her projects will reduce the number of victims and make society more inclusive. From this position she is interested in social projects and activism through art. http://dutcarolina.tilda.ws/ <https://l.facebook.com/l.php?u=http%3A%2F%2Fdutcarolina.tilda.ws%2F&h=ATMYOhtnauPHYrk6CvZ8QaJjh2t_c2Fyly8ageSPDtB3-Olkcm1VH79y-qM1rsXC1nLLYkWHKGmujo3O5EPH8f54PmTgQUm7q1dbR7lfrx46E_I32Y_qsDPbvQb5C1nnQmtr&s=1> https://www.lensculture.com/dutkarolina http://www.postpravdamagazine.com/no-silence-carolina-dutca_interview/ _____________________________ tranzit.ro <https://www.facebook.com/tranzitro/> http://ro.tranzit.org/en/calendar/bucuresti <https://l.facebook.com/l.php?u=http%3A%2F%2Fro.tranzit.org%2Fen%2Fcalendar%2Fbucuresti&h=ATOnU-FDtM71b86UPaleYa1a7EWRQv9PHR0BSkmL1OEQpWgqeuQW9AAJTeB9tgUVPVMqKlI0vg_hrGtQF_1S5g9Fa1AjH9g8XS7sDzhTRALjHiTJN3z7BgmjvhKP2ItqZyYX&s=1> -- Valentina Iancu http://mvalentinaiancu.wordpress.com/ Please consider the environment - do you really need to print this e-mail? <https://mailtrack.io/> Sent with Mailtrack <https://mailtrack.io?utm_source=gmail&utm_medium=signature&utm_campaign=signaturevirality&> _______________________________________________ Nettime-ro mailing list Nettime-ro@nettime.org http://www.nettime.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/nettime-ro --> arhiva: http://amsterdam.nettime.org/
