[rohrpost] Wolf Kahlen Retrospective in Berlin, Works from 1965-69

The Retrospective Part III 1965-69 by Wolf Kahlen
has just started at the Ruine der Kuenste Berlin.
The show presents the very early conceptual pieces, the process-oriented
ones and the first video-tapes from 1969. And bridges the times of the
sixties to Kahlen's net.art piece SELF-LESS (www.wolf-kahlen.de) of 2000.
The continuity of a conceptual and context oriented artist thus can be
perceived. All the exhibited drawings, sketches, so called RAUMSEGMENTE till
1968, DRAPES 1969, an intense number of works with trees and sky, body and
hair, large sculptures in canvas and video tapes: all the selected works are
corner stones in the development of the media sculptor Wolf Kahlen. Many of
them never seen in Berlin before.
