Syndicate: 3rd Yugoslav Cheap Film Festival

3rd Yugoslav Cheap Film Festival will take place in Subotica, August 9-13,
2000. More than 70 new Serbian short and low-fi films, completed after
August 1999, will be presented at this independent spirit celebration.
Additional programs include the revues from some of Central European
festivals: Cottbus, Mediawave (Hungary), Break21 (Slovenia) and others.
The festival is organized by KLJUN from Subotica and LOW-FI VIDEO and
Striper from Belgrade.
