Syndicate: double postings |
dear friends, i think i solved the riddle of the double postings that we have been receiving in the last days. the address in mongolia which i recently subscribed bounces the messages back to the list. this should not happen, but it does .... if you look at the routing information of the second messages (click on 'blabla' in Eudora, for instance), you will see, amongst other things: Received: (from mdomo@localhost) by aec.at (8.8.7/8.8.7) id WAA19759 for syndicate-outgoing; Tue, 27 Oct 1998 22:00:43 +0100 Received: from mailserver.magicnet.mn (smtp.magicnet.mn [202.131.0.14]) by aec.at (8.8.7/8.8.7) with SMTP id WAA19755 for <syndicate@aec.at>; Tue, 27 Oct 1998 22:00:39 +0100 Received: from [202.131.0.73] by mailserver.magicnet.mn (NTMail 3.03.0017/4c.ac22) with ESMTP id ma065012 for <syndicate@aec.at>; Wed, 28 Oct 1998 05:06:11 +0800 Received: from [195.3.98.5] by mailserver.magicnet.mn (NTMail 3.03.0017/4c.ac22) with ESMTP id soros.org.mn for <ariuna@soros.org.mn>; Wed, 28 Oct 1998 02:50:58 +0800 Date: Tue, 27 Oct 1998 18:21:32 +0100 To: syndicate@aec.at From: Andreas Broeckmann <abroeck@v2.nl> Subject: Syndicate: Kino-Eye3: CyberCities, Brussels, 20-22 November X-Originally-To: <ariuna@soros.org.mn> X-Originally-From: <owner-syndicate@aec.at> i temporarily unsubscribed 'ariuna' until we have solved the problem. greetings, -a
